- You're obliged to handle your payments on time, if you're unable to please let us know to adjust your payments to an easier payment plan.
- You're obliged to effectively communicate with us on matters you find important or that are of your expectations with your businesses goals.
- We will excersise professionalism, professional boundaries and great customer care at all times when dealing with our clients.
- We will never exagurate or oversell the services we deliver.
- We will never ignore or be tardy in responding to our clients messages, emails or calls.
- There will be ocassionally courtesy or free of charge services done depending on the nature of the service.
- Our prices remain static and never increase in regards to what is charged on your invoice,
if there are any price
increases you will be notified ahead of time and given the opportunity to
accept or decline the service.
- The breakdown of services and charges will be explained to you after an invoice is sent and the service that will be delivered
from the payment you make.
