The Protection Of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) came into effect on 1 July 2021. The POPI Act seeks to regulate the collection and processing of personal information by private or public bodies to protect the constitutional right to privacy.
Blu Inc. undertakes to handle all clients' personal information in line with the requirements of the POPI Act.
Blu Inc. will:
- Not share any of its clients' information with any third parties.
- Keep and use any personal information collected from clients solely for the purpose it was collected.
- Destroy clients' personal information once it has been used for the purpose it was collected.
Blu Inc. maintains its transparency with its clients and business partners to always serve them in their best interest.
